Cookies

We use cookies on various pages to make your visit to our website more attractive and to enable the use of certain functions. The cookies and the data we collect are not passed on or sold to third parties. You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and can decide individually whether you want to accept or reject them. [If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.]

Which cookies do we use?

Most of the cookies we use are automatically deleted from your hard disk at the end of the browser session (session cookies). Session cookies are necessary, for example, to offer you the shopping cart function across several pages. We also use cookies that remain on your hard disk. On a subsequent visit, it is then automatically recognized that you have already visited us and which entries and settings you have made. These temporary or permanent cookies (lifespan from 1 month to 10 years) are stored on your hard disk and delete themselves after the prescribed period. These cookies are used in particular to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. With the help of these files it is possible, for example, to display information on the website that is specifically tailored to your interests. The sole purpose of these cookies is to tailor our offer to the wishes of our customers in the best possible way and to make your surfing on our site as comfortable as possible.

What data is stored in cookies?

No personal data is stored in the cookies we use. The cookies we use can therefore not be assigned to a specific person and therefore not to you. An identification number is assigned to the cookie when it is activated. It is not possible at any time to assign your personal data to this identification number and this is not done. Your name, IP address or similar data that would allow the cookie to be assigned to you are not used at any time. Based on the cookie technology, we only receive pseudonymized information, e.g. about which pages of our store were visited, which products were viewed, etc.

What is on-site targeting / Why do we use cookies?

On our websites, data is collected on the basis of cookie technology in order to optimize our advertising and the entire online offering. This data is not used to identify you personally, but is only used for a pseudonymous evaluation of the use of the homepage. At no time will your data be merged with the personal data stored by us. This technology enables us to present you with advertising and/or special offers and services whose content is based on the information obtained as part of the clickstream analysis (e.g. targeted advertising for game rounds that have been accessed exclusively in the last few days). Our aim is to make our online offering as attractive as possible and to present you with advertising that matches your areas of interest.

Google Analytics

ONELINE AG uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will first be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.

Facebook

Use of social plugins from Facebook. Our website uses so-called social plugins (“plugins”) of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins are marked with a Facebook logo or with the addition “Facebook Social Plugin” or “Facebook Social Plugin”. An overview of the Facebook plugins and their appearance can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins. When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook profile or are not logged in to Facebook at the time. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can directly associate your visit to our website with your Facebook profile. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the “Like” button or leaving a comment, this information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published in your Facebook profile and displayed to your Facebook friends. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in Facebook’s privacy policy: http://www.facebook.com/policy.php. If you do not want Facebook to assign the data collected via our website directly to your Facebook profile, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of Facebook plugins with add-ons for your browser, e.g. with the “Facebook Blocker” (http://webgraph.com/resources/facebookblocker/).

Access, rectification, deletion or complaint

According to the Federal Data Protection Act (DSG), you have a right to free information about your stored data (Article 8 DSG) as well as a right to rectification (Article 5 paragraph 2 DSG). In addition, you can request the deletion of your data at any time by sending a written message and proving your identity. Please note that even after your request to block or delete your personal data, we must retain some of it as part of our legal or contractual obligation to retain it (e.g. for billing purposes) and in this case we will only block your personal data to the extent that it is necessary for this purpose. For you, this means that you can object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes at any time by email. Such an objection does not completely exclude the collection of personal data. The objection only excludes that the personal data collected will not be processed anonymously for marketing purposes and that it can be passed on to other companies and analyzed by them for this purpose. We only store your data for as long as it is legally necessary or corresponds to the purpose of the processing. In the case of an analysis, we store your data until the analysis is completed. If we store data on the basis of a contractual relationship with you, this data will be stored at least as long as the contractual relationship exists and at the latest as long as the limitation periods for any claims on our part run or there is a legal or contractual obligation to retain data. If you have any questions about the collection and processing of your personal data or would like to make a request for information or correction, please contact info@win4win.ch.
